Acceptable Use Policy

Customers are prohibited from using our services for the following activities:

• Engaging in activities that may harm, disrupt, or interfere with the operation of CLOUDRIFTS systems or networks.
• Violating the intellectual property rights of others, including the use of pirated software.
• Utilizing excessive resources that negatively impact the services provided to other customers.
• Engaging in any illegal, harmful, or unethical activities.
• Transmitting malware, viruses, or other malicious content.
• Spamming or conducting unsolicited communications.

Violation of this policy may result in immediate suspension or termination of services.

Account Responsibilities

As the account holder, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details, including your username and password. You agree to notify CLOUDRIFTS immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account. You are also responsible for all actions taken under your account and must ensure that these actions comply with our Terms and applicable laws.

Payment, Fees, and Refunds

Payment for services must be made in advance, based on the billing cycle selected during the signup process. CLOUDRIFTS  reserves the right to modify pricing at any time, and you will be notified of any price changes.

• Payment Methods: Payments can be made via credit card, Razorpay, or other methods provided on our website.
• Refunds: Refunds are available for specific cases, such as when services are not rendered or due to a failure on our part. Refunds are not provided for services already used.
• Late Payments: If payment is not received by the due date, CLOUDRIFTS  may suspend or terminate your account.

Resource Usage

Your account will be allocated specific resources such as bandwidth, storage, and processing power based on your hosting plan. You are responsible for staying within the limits of these resources. If your usage exceeds the allocated limits, we may request that you upgrade your plan or reduce your resource consumption.

Excessive usage may result in throttling or suspension of services until an upgrade is made or the issue is resolved.

Termination of Services

CLOUDRIFTS  reserves the right to terminate or suspend services under the following conditions:

• If you violate any of the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.
• If payment is not received after the specified grace period.
• If you engage in activities that are illegal or harmful to our services or other customers.
• If your account usage exceeds the limits of your service plan and is not addressed in a timely manner.

Upon termination, you may lose access to your data and any hosted content. CLOUDRIFTS  is not responsible for any loss of data upon termination of services. We recommend that customers maintain regular backups of their data.

Limitation of Liability

CLOUDRIFTS  will not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use our services. This includes, but is not limited to, any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. You agree to use our services at your own risk.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless CLOUDRIFTS , its employees, affiliates, and agents from any claims, losses, damages, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our services or your violation of these Terms.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Ganganagar, India, unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.
